This is my second time coming to eat here. I am a sushi fanatic! I could eat it everyday and this place is super close to me. The food is purely delicious! But what really makes this place shine is the AMAZING service. They’re all so kind and the waitress and owner (Jiaming) had such a vibrant personality! She makes me want to come back again. I will be coming here and making it my go-to! I also tried the Hana Fuji Apple sake and wow, I was blown away by the flavor. If you’re a fan of sake, please, do yourself a favor and try this immediately!
This is the best sushi in Utah. The food here was amazing. The appetizers (tempura shrimp/Vegetables and edamame) were a really good. The entrees were even better. All three rolls and the ramen we ordered were great. Not to mention the overall atmosphere and cleanliness were perfect. Our waitress was the most friendly and kind employee. She made everything even better. Should be 6 stars!!!
This is for sure a 5 star all around! If you want phenomenal sushi, amazing service, and an esthetic but wholesome atmosphere this is the place! Our waitress was so kind, and gave so many amazing suggestions on what to get, she even asked if anyone at the table had allergies before we placed our orders. There were 4 in our group so we were able to try quite a bit, and everything was quality ingredients. I can’t say enough great things about this place! This will be our new sushi place for sure!
Playboy roll was so delicious, possibly the best I’ve ever had. Miso ramen was great, but fairly standard. Donburi was off the mark, I wouldn’t even call it Donburi… it was a teriyaki chicken plate with rice and tempura?!? As everyone else has said, service was incredible and ambiance was on point. Will absolutely be back, but sushi only next time.
Sukihana is simply a lovely restaurant. Perhaps the best dining experience anywhere on the west side. The sushi is always fresh and of very high quality. We've been coming here about once a month since they've opened and yet to have a less than stellar experience. The rolls and sashimis are large but not overwhelming, perfectly balanced flavors with very nicely cut fish and perfect rice. The FOH service is second to none. I've spent quite a bit of time in Japan and this is probably as close as you'll ever get to that when it comes to food flavors and quality in Utah.

We absolutely love this place! It’s our go to local sushi spot and have never once been disappointed in the 5-6 times we’ve been since they recently opened. I do consider myself a connoisseur of sushi and this place really does have great fish. The chefs and ownership know what they’re doing and it’s one of the few places in town you can get toro(most of the time). Overall this place offers an amazing value and we will continue to go back. Staff is great. Food is ready quickly. My only complaint is that it is destined to get crowded once everyone else finds out about it.
Absolutely amazing service and amazing food ! We went there last week and had to go back today again! After only coming there once the staff recognized us and greeted us! Our amazing waiter even recommended some new rolls and nigiri for us based on what we enjoyed last time! The rolls were some of the freshest tasting fish I've had in Utah, would extremely recommend! We have yet to have one that we haven't enjoyed! The atmosphere is extremely cozy and has an amazing view of the daybreak 'lake'. I would recommend this place many times over for sushi lovers! This place is now added to one our our regular spots! Edit: We've now been back a countless amount of times. We still couldn't recommend this place enough! The staff always recognizes us and treats us like family. We always get recommendations, and by now they know us well enough to just order rolls for us, and they always do an amazing job with that! The fish is some of the freshest I've ever had in Utah, and everything is just amazing !
